Client Relations Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our Event Marketing and Fundraising team. This entry-level role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting fundraising campaigns, and ensuring positive donor and customer experiences. This position is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, enjoy community engagement, and thrive in fast-paced, event-driven environments. No prior experience is required. Paid training and mentorship are provided. Key Responsibilities Serve as a main point of contact for clients, donors, and event participants Build and maintain positive relationships through communication and follow-ups Represent nonprofit partners at fundraising events and community outreach activities Share information about campaign goals, initiatives, and event details Track donor and client interactions and maintain accurate records Support reporting and basic administrative tasks Collaborate with team members to meet campaign objectives Resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner Support donor engagement and community outreach efforts Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and grow professionally Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented At least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the United States Experience No prior experience required Paid training provided Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply Customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or event experience is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Resilient Inc.
