General Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Assignment: Ongoing need
Positions Available: 2
On-Call: None
Position Overview
We are seeking General Outpatient Adult Psychiatrists to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. This is an ongoing opportunity for a qualified psychiatrist looking to join a collaborative clinical environment with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing treatment for adult patients.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Perform medication management and monitor patient response to treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide patient education and support regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Experience providing psychiatric care to an adult outpatient population.
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
