Prepare bakery merchandise according to daily production plans using baking equipment and following recipes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and integrity, applying the open‑door policy and related business processes. Complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.
