Full-Time Respiratory Therapist

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled Respiratory Team in Voorhees, NJ.

Monday–Friday | No Weekends | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

About Us: Voorhees Pediatric Facility (VPF) is a nationally recognized pediatric specialty care center with 119 inpatient beds and the largest freestanding pediatric ventilator program in the country. VPF is Joint Commission–accredited at the highest level and provides care for medically fragile children across inpatient, rehabilitation, medical daycare, and educational programs through The Bancroft School at VPF. We deliver care through a collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on the whole child.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive respiratory care by assessing, treating and monitoring pediatric patients
• Performing clinical services efficiently and in accordance with facility policies
• Developing and communicating individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support family-centered patient care.
• Educating patients, families, and staff on respiratory therapies, equipment, and treatment plans.
• Supporting departmental operations by effectively managing workload and participating in quality improvement initiatives

Position Requirements:

• CRT or RRT credential
• Current NJ licensure in Respiratory Care.
• Current/Active CPR Certification (AHA or ARC only.)
• Previous Pediatric Healthcare experience, preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• Three 12-hour day shifts (7:00am-7:00pm)
• Weekdays only
• No weekends

Compensation: Hourly rate is determined by certification and education.

• CRT: $33.02-$47.76/ hour
• RRT: $34.20-$50.16/ hour
• Sign on bonus: $10,000, paid in installments beginning at 90 days, with additional payments made through 30 months of employment.
