Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Location: Pennsylvania
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide counseling services as part of a behavioral health care team in Pennsylvania. This position involves working with individuals who need support with emotional, behavioral, and substance use concerns while helping guide them through treatment and recovery. The clinician will provide therapy, complete evaluations, contribute to individualized treatment planning, and work alongside other professionals involved in client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services to clients
• Conduct substance use evaluations and support treatment planning
• Provide clinical interventions based on client needs and presenting concerns
• Communicate with physicians regarding client progress and treatment updates
• Maintain accurate clinical records and required documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Minimum two years of experience in a clinical mental health role.
