Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career at one of the world’s leading financial institutions? A leading investment bank is hiring Analysts to join their Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Operations – Client Services team.

As a client operations analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting sophisticated investors and high-net-worth clients while working alongside talented professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical, operational, and client relationship skills at a global firm known for innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Support client servicing activities and policy management processes
• Review and process client requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate client communications and policy review meetings
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve operations
• Work with multiple systems and platforms in a dynamic environment
• Participate in special projects and operational initiatives
• Build strong problem-solving, communication, and business judgment skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Self-motivated individuals eager to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications:

• Life & Health Insurance License
• FINRA Series 6 or 7
• FINRA Series 63 or 66
