Production Technician

Production TechnicianThe Production Technician will perform advanced electronic and mechanical assembly, including PCB soldering, testing, and inspection, to support the manufacturing of medical devices.We're Looking For Someone Who:Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical training in electronics or manufacturing (preferred)Has previous experience in production, electronics manufacturing, or medical device manufacturingHas hands-on experience soldering printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic componentsHas experience with mechanical assembly using hand tools, precision tools, and technical equipmentCan read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work instructionsHas strong troubleshooting skills and can identify and resolve assembly or component issuesDemonstrates excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detailCan use inspection tools and testing equipment to verify product quality and functionalityCan accurately document production activities, test results, and quality issuesCan work independently while collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teamsFollows established manufacturing procedures and maintains a clean, organized work areaHas strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsWhat You'll Do:Perform precision soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs), electronic components, and related assembliesComplete mechanical and electromechanical assembly of medical device components and equipmentInterpret engineering drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, and technical documentationInspect solder joints, circuit boards, and completed assemblies for defects and workmanship qualityOperate hand tools, soldering equipment, precision instruments, and electronic testing equipmentTroubleshoot assembly issues and assist with identifying component or process failuresPerform functional testing and verification of electronic and mechanical assembliesMaintain accurate production records, inspection results, and test documentationFollow manufacturing procedures and applicable quality requirements throughout the production processCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processesMaintain equipment, tools, and workstations in a clean and organized conditionSupport production goals while maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and efficiencyWhy You'll Love Working Here:Weekly payPaid sick leaveHealth, vision, dental, pet insurance, and more
