HIV Care Coordinator & Outreach Specialist
St. John's Community Health
St. John's Community Health in Los Angeles is seeking an HIV Case Worker to address patients' socioeconomic needs and assist the Medical Care Coordination team. This role requires conducting outreach to underserved populations and liaising between HIV Counseling and medical clinics. Preferred candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and experience working with diverse groups.
