As a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant at our full-service vet clinic, you'll get to work with all sorts of animals and truly make a difference in their lives every single day. What You'll Be Doing: Showing love and care to dogs and cats Helping out with anesthesia monitoring during surgeries Administering preventive care treatments Putting your skills as a Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician to good use Skills You Need: Experience in caring for dogs and cats at least 2 years in hospital setting Open to recent technician school graduates Ability to monitor anesthesia during procedures ezyVet Software experince preferred Knowledge of preventive care treatments Bilingual (preferred) Extra Skills That Would Be Great: Passion for animal welfare Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly efficient Willingness to lear and grown in a fast paced clinical setting Love for providing top-notch care for animals Technical Skills You Should Have: Anesthesia, vital signs, administer medications, and prepare vaccines Catheterization, collect and prepare lab samples to Idexx Assist in diagnostic imaging (x-ray) and surgical preparation Maintain accurate, thorough, and legiable medical records Communicate clearly with clients and DVM regarding treatments and care plans Hourly and Perks: Starting Hourly: $21 Maximum Hourly: $29 Benefits for Full Time Employees: 401(k), PTO Leave, Sick Leave, Uniform Allowance, CE Participation Allowance, Flexible Schedules - We offer 4 x 10 hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday We are closed Wednesdays and Sundays Employee discount About Us: Arrowview Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary clinic in San Bernardino, California, providing medical care, vaccinations, emergency services, and pet food delivery for dogs and cats.
