Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial machine operation and process control and a proven ability to follow standardized work, make basic machine adjustments, and meet production and quality targets .

Responsibilities:

Perform repetitive machine or process operations per prescribed routines.
Follow directions and perform basic adjustments to processes or machinery.
Operate manufacturing equipment, including Block Room Operator equipment.
Record and report production numbers accurately and timely.
Comply with all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Effective communication in one-on-one and group situations.
Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
Basic math skills and solid interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of and compliance with all safety guidelines.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Steel-toed shoes required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Familiarity with production reporting and basic machine troubleshooting.

Work Environment & Physical Conditions:

Exposure to industrial conditions including noise, dust, heat, or cold.
No routine lifting over 50 lbs required.
No forklift, tractor, vehicle, or manlift operation required.
