Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in a challenging and rewarding clinical environment. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care while working within a highly skilled and supportive healthcare team.

Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. You will work in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings.
Monitor and assess patient health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to promote patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
Previous nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.

Certification and Clearance Requirements

All candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to starting.
Candidates must provide Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting, and PA State Police Clearance.

Orientation Details

Orientation is held weekly on Mondays. Candidates must be located a minimum distance from the healthcare facility to be considered for travel allowances.
