Scheduler Job Description

PrideStaff Financial is working with a local business who is looking for a Scheduler to join their team. The Scheduler will make calls, schedule appointments, track production, and ensure credit card payments are processed. The ideal Scheduler has previous experience as a Scheduler in a similar role, superb communication and organizational skills focused on delivering excellent customer service. The Scheduler position is a full time, temp to hire position in Sacramento, CA.

Scheduler Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all appointments, service calls, pre-production tasks, & installations are scheduled correctly & efficiently
• Make calls to customers for scheduling consultations & installations
• Work with sales, bids, marketing, production, & installation, ensuring the project life-cycle of a customer is complete & accurate
• Create & process purchase, sales, & invoice orders promptly & accurately
• Assist with monitoring trucks using Contractor Foreman project management system & respond to emails
• Submit forms & process credit card payments

Scheduler Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of administrative coordinator experience in construction or manufacturing highly preferred
• Previous experience using invoice & purchase order systems
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills to manage multiple appointment transactions simultaneously
• Demonstrates excellent written & verbal organizational skills
• Has excellent phone etiquette & computer skills

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
