Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Information Night shifts: 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Holiday and weekend rotation is required. No guaranteed hours. Minimum Years of Experience 1 year of related experience is required. Certifications/Requirements Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Description The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients who meet Med/Surg level of care, specifically patients with medicine or Med/Tele status. Mandatory Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of Med Surg or Tele experience is required. Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio. Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association only. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 1-2 years of Med Surg or Tele experience.
