Power Systems Sales Administrator Medford, NY; Poughkeepsie, NY; Newington, CT Pay $22-$27/hour (dependent on experience) Bonus 5% bonus potential Benefits Medical/dental/vision insurance 401(k) with company match Holidays & competitive PTO Company laptop & cell phone Ability to multitask and be highly organized & competent in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative skills (including but not limited to: phone skills, email, research, data entry, verifying information) Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient with computer software (including MS Word, Excel, & Outlook) with the capability of utilizing multiple computer systems Strong interest in sales and sales support Administrative or sales/sales support experience in a technical industry preferred Responsibilities Successful execution of internal and external project development activities Maintain communications with outside sales force regarding new and developing opportunities Efficiently access, maintain, and distribute technical information to all stakeholders, as required Assist with influencing and sales activities with consulting engineer, contractors, and end users Assist and conduct marketing activities based on market information related to new and existing customers, applications, products, and competitors to grow the Power Systems business Effective and efficient clerical office support for assigned sales engineers Organize and document customer quotations Relay messages to sales force in a timely manner Provide support for incoming phone calls Process customer tax certificates and credit applications Process incoming and outgoing mail Effective and timely provision of quote activity, opportunity status and market intelligence Follow established guidelines for recording and maintain project activities in CRM Participate in weekly opportunity meetings to report project quoting progress Provide analysis of won-lost data related to activities Assist with and communicate competitor technical and commercial intelligence data Professional sales support and administrative assistance to assigned sales engineers Assemble technical bid review binders Assist Credit Department with collecting all past due invoices and follow up on collection of funds retained until successful project completion Coordinate customer opportunities and inquiries for all H.O.
