HVAC Installer

in Stratford, CT. We are seeking a skilled HVAC installer, HVAC service technician, or HVAC mechanic with residential and commercial HVAC experience to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities: Install and service residential HVAC systems Work with equipment including water heaters, PV water heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and dryer vents Perform HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work to high-quality standards Inspect completed installations for safety, cleanliness, and performance Communicate with homeowners to explain work and address HVAC concerns Use hand tools, power tools, generators, and related equipment safely Understand basic residential mechanical piping and ductwork

Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years HVAC experience preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record OSHA 10-hour certification preferred Journeyman HVAC license preferred Strong technical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and customer service skills

The starting base range for this position is $45 to $55 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
