Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician

• Proficient in scrubbing cardiac cases requiring bypass and related thoracic procedures
• Assist in surgeries including open thoracotomy, VATS, ECMO, and daVinci assisted cases
• Participate in call operations starting at 1500 and weekend call duties

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician

• Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital setting
• Valid NH license or Compact license at submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
