Role Overview

We are seeking a Change Management Lead to support a large-scale, multi-year enterprise initiative focused on replacing both POS hardware and software across North America. This role will oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements. You will be instrumental in building greater change capability within their workforces and teams, impacting thousands of store employees and both the associate and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end change management strategy for the North America rollout.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and evolve a change framework from the ground up, informed by lessons learned and internal templates.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to project leadership and senior leaders.
• Lead the execution of the change strategy across pilot and enterprise rollout phases.
• Establish governance, cadence, and milestones for the change plan.
• Track and report on adoption metrics and success KPIs.
• Manage at least one direct report (Training/Content Lead) and partner on training strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Store Operations, and Training teams.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience leading enterprise-scale change management initiatives.
• Demonstrated success across the end-to-end change lifecycle, from strategy through execution.
• Experience supporting large, complex organizations with thousands of impacted users.
• Experience with hardware and/or software transformations.
• Prior experience leading a small change team or direct people management experience.
• Strong experience with Prosci / ADKAR is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• POS, ERP, or other large-scale system rollout experience.
• Retail industry experience.
• Consulting background.
• Exposure to field operations or store-level execution environments.

Work Model

This position requires residency in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role is primarily remote, with onsite presence required as needed for activities such as testing and workshops. Onsite work is expected approximately once per month on average, with potentially more frequency during key project phases.
