About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Med Surg/telemetry/PCU. License: RN License required. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS. Must-Have: - EPIC EMR/charting experience. - At least 1 year of travel nursing experience. - 1 year of level 1 adult trauma designated hospital experience or equivalent within the last 5 years. - Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6. Description: Seeking an RN to join our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Med Surg/telemetry/PCU. Candidates must possess EPIC EMR/charting experience. A minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience is required. Candidates should also have at least 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the past 5 years. Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6 is necessary. Assigned populations will include Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client. RNs will be assigned to the vacancy that best fits their experience as applicable. This position requires working 36 hours per week or 3 - 12 hour shifts. Every other weekend will be required. Candidates should be prepared to float to other equivalent units as needed. Patient ratios on the unit typically range from 1:5-6.
