Physician Assistant Obstetrics and Gynecology

Kadlec is seeking a full-time physician assistant to help support its Women‘s Health services in Richland, Washington. This opportunity is a shift-based model and includes mix of inpatient and outpatient care. Join a supportive and collaborative team environment. Position Details:

• Full-time role, 1.0 FTE
• 7-on and 7-off schedule
• 10-hour shifts; 26 weeks per year
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Provide post op care, assist with hospital rounding, discharge duties, and clinic support

Qualifications & Benefits:

• Compensation between $135,890 and $180,253 per year
• As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
