Business Litigation Associate

Overview The role requires experience in complex litigation. Candidates must have business litigation experience, specifically in drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, research, document review, drafting pleadings, and discovery. Experience in real estate litigation is preferred but not required. Experience representing lenders and with financial services litigation is preferred but not required. Strong academic credentials are required. Proficiency in complex legal drafting and client communication is required. Posting details Winstead PC is seeking a 5-6 year attorney for a position with our Business Litigation practice group in Dallas. We are seeking an associate with experience in complex litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Business Litigation Experience Experience in drafting and arguing motion and experience in taking depositions. Additionally, experience in research, document review, drafting pleadings and experience in discovery is required. Real Estate Litigation Experience Experience in real estate litigation is preferred but not required. Financial Services Litigation Experience Experience in representing lenders and with financial services litigation is preferred, but not required. Strong academics Candidates should have strong academic credentials. Writing skills Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication. Why Winstead?
