Position Summary Sales Associate: Hourly rate starting at $15.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Brand Spirit Halloween Role Overview The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include guest services, generating sales, sign waving, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Eligibility Minimum age requirement: 16 years old. Physical Demands Requires climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours. Employment Context The store is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween is not your employer. Your employer is the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. The application will be routed to the consignment operator for consideration.
