Sales Associate

LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to hire a Sales Associate for their Akron, Ohio team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find solutions, and developing a long-term career with a stable organization.


This is not a true sales role. There is no cold calling or aggressive selling. Instead, you'll work with inbound customer requests, prepare quotes, support existing accounts, and serve as a trusted resource throughout the order process. If you're looking to transition from customer service, inside sales support, or account coordination into a career with growth potential, this could be a great fit.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes and pricing information for customers
• Manage customer orders from initial request through completion
• Build strong customer relationships through phone and email communication
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Support account management activities and customer retention efforts
• Maintain accurate records and order information within internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Track open opportunities and follow up with customers as needed
• Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining a high level of service
• Learn company products and industry best practices
