Immediate W2 contract position available in Forest Park, GA.
Estimated Duration:8 months

• 0-3 Years of related experience.
• High School Diploma.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively manage construction warehouse and storage of project materials.
• Coordinate receiving of materials by working with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure materials are inspected upon arrival for any damages, with all inspections documented.
• Provide receiving documentation to invoice reconciler for verification of receipt.
• Coordinate necessary preventative maintenance with appropriate leads/coordinators until installation and turnover.
• Ensure materials are stored properly and according to storage requirements until installation.

SKILL SETS & EXPERTISE:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Gathering, input, modification, consolidation, and distribution of various documents as directed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others.
• Ability to effectively work with a team or independently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Self-starter, proactive.
