This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to adapt to changing field conditions, and consistent communication with the Lead Technician to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently. The Technician represents the company on job sites and must demonstrate reliability, craftsmanship, and adherence to core values in every interaction. Essential functions of the position:Reviews daily service dispatch for clarity, tools, parts, and scope of work.Drives Company vehicle or own vehicle to client location as needed to perform work.Communicates problem, cost and timeframe for solution to Lead Technician.Reacts to varying project/field conditions and changes in the scope of work, makes decisions to solve problems.Follows all Lead Technician's worksite rules and treats client's facility respectfully.Follows all safety procedures and reports any safety issues promptly.Maintains knowledge of assigned product lines, operational procedures, and best practices.Delivers and installs non-furniture punch items.Performs additional duties as assigned by Lead Technician.
