Job Summary
APR Islands Management is seeking for an energetic and dedicated General Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic restaurant team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor shift management activities to ensure efficient staffing levels, timely service, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Implement budgeting strategies and control costs related to food production, labor, and supplies to maximize profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, coaching, and team management while promoting hospitality excellence.

Experience

• Proven management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.
• Extensive background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development, interviewing skills, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS for transaction processing and reporting.
• Experience in inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and managing restaurant operations efficiently.
• Prior hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus; culinary experience or banquet/catering background is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
