Disposition Manager

MUST HAVES: 1+ years of sales, closing, inside sales, or business development experience Strong negotiation and communication skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up on leads Experience managing a pipeline and multiple opportunities simultaneously Highly competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality Ability to work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL five days per week PLUSSES: Experience selling investment properties or working with investors Salesforce or CRM experience Experience in high-volume phone sales environment DAY TO DAY: The Disposition Manager will be responsible for marketing and selling real estate investment opportunities to investors through a real estate technology marketplace that connects wholesalers with active buyers. This individual acts as the bridge between the acquisitions team, who secure property contracts, and the investors who ultimately purchase those opportunities. On a daily basis, they will build interest in available deals, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage transactions from initial inquiry through signed agreement. The role involves making 80-150 calls per day using a dialer system, with a mix of approximately 60% cold outreach and 40% warm leads from investors who have already expressed interest in a property. They will utilize tools such as Salesforce and DocuSign to manage pipeline activity, maintain accurate records, and ensure deals move efficiently through the sales process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, is motivated by commission and closing deals, and enjoys building relationships while driving revenue growth.
