Aerotek is hiring General Laborers to support the production of aerospace and medical components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and finishing work, including fastening, bonding, spot welding, sanding, and measuring parts
• Operate plastic molding machines to produce aerospace and medical products
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete production tasks
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions to ensure quality standards
• Inspect parts and complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks

Ability to follow safety procedures and production requirements

Stable work history and good tenure preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
