Senior Implementation Manager Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated Senior Implementation Manager to join our growing team in San Francisco! As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will own end-to-end SaaS implementations for some of the most sophisticated commercial real estate investors in the world, partnering with customers to configure Dealpath accounts, establish industry best practices, and continuously improve the implementation experience. Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or financial services Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets High attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills For Bonus Points: Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, Salesforce, and other Software-as-a-Service The Perks & Culture: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
