• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following safety protocols.
• Manage patient records and scheduling to maintain an organized workflow.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care for optimal health.
• Perform basic lab tasks, including taking impressions and preparing dental materials.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming office environment for patients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients to alleviate anxiety and answer questions.
• Stay updated on dental technology and procedures to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred not required.
• Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse patients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using dental software and managing electronic health records.
• Current CPR certification and willingness to obtain necessary licenses.
• Positive attitude and a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
