About the Role:

Hawkins Transportation Services LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team in Pooler, GA. Responsibilities:

Operate dump trucks to transport and deliver materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Maneuver dump truck on job sites, including tight or uneven terrain, with precision and care
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and crew members
Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip records, and documentation as required
Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
Keep truck clean and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — Class A or Class B preferred
Previous experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment
Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety
Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
Familiarity with the Pooler, GA and greater Savannah area roadways is a plus
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
