Job Duties:

• Greet customers and donors professionally
• Pick up merchandise donations according to schedule
• Evaluate donated items based on acceptance standards
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Keep the storefront neat, organized, and hazard-free
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with coworkers, volunteers, and community partners
• Complete additional duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• At least two years of warehouse experience
• Commitment to Habitat's mission and willingness to advocate for it
• Professional appearance with business-casual attire
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work respectfully with diverse individuals and families

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Associate supports warehouse success by accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations.


The Warehouse Associate works with inventory systems, warehouse equipment, shipping documentation, and customer orders while helping maintain efficient workflows and inventory accuracy. Consistency and teamwork support operational excellence.
