Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
• Services may include, but not limited to; wound care, INR, Medication Management, Catheter Cares, etc. 
• Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document Nurse Visits in accordance with State and Joint Commission Guidelines. 

Requirements :

• Valid RN license in the state of practice. (Minnesota) 
• Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to Travel and Commute throughout Territory ( St. Cloud, Becker, Princeton, Foley and Surrounding Areas) 
• Reliable Vehicle, Current Auto Insurance, and Valid Driver's License
• Skills need to include catheter change, medication management., wound care (included wound vac), INR and blood draws, lymphedema wraps

Your Schedule, Pay & Location:

• Part-Time : flexible schedule
• RN will perform visits, intakes (skilled and non-skilled) and reassessments.
  • $80/visit, $120/non-skilled intake, and $150/skilled intake.
• Weekly Pay
• St. Cloud and surrounding Area
