The Senior Analyst will support Barrow Wise's DFC project and perform the following duties:

• Identify performance metrics, consolidate data from Salesforce, Oracle, and Tableau into actionable dashboards
• Develop process workflows and perform process improvement
• Perform data cleansing and optimization
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Incorporate performance management best practices and develop KPIs/OKRs
• Perform data analytics

An ideal candidate has the following:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum Experience: 4 years of process improvement and data analytics experience at a global bank or federal agency
• Must be able to work on-site in Washington DC at least 50% of the time
• Must provide three supervisory references at the time of application
