Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field. No Experience Required. Job Summary Nutritionist I provides nutritional information and services to patients, families, and interest groups. Job Duties Plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates nutritional programs. Develops and implements plan of care and correlates with other health services. Evaluates patient's nutritional care and provides follow-up continuity of care. Instructs patients and families in nutritional principles, diet, food selection and economics. Provides consultation to and works with community groups. Maintains records of all individuals counseled. Adheres to internal controls established for department. Performs related duties as required. Salary Range Actual salary commensurate with experience. Work Schedule On-site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
