We're Hiring Lobby Ambassadors!

As a Lobby Ambassador for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the person with whom our customers have the most contact with while dining in our lobby! This means you will make the first impression and help create + build relations by speaking about us, our food + our team with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Greet + welcome guests!
• Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.)
• Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit enjoyable!
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner
• Accurately answer guest's questions
• Be able to handle + solve difficult situations
• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return
• Setting up the dining room + patio
• Maintain + clean the dining room, patio and exterior of the store
• Maintain + clean the restrooms at all times
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members
• Practice food safety procedures
