You’ll enjoy the independence of working on your own, following a structured schedule, and visiting various client locations to nurture their plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Care Expert: Water, fertilize, trim, and maintain indoor and outdoor plants to keep them lush and healthy.
• Attention to Detail: Identify and remove damaged or unattractive foliage, keeping plants and their surroundings clean and appealing.
• Pest Protection: Monitor for pests and diseases, and take action to ensure plants remain in top condition.
• Visual Appeal: Stage and top-dress plants to enhance their visual impact in client spaces.
• Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and deliver outstanding service.

What You’ll Bring:

• Horticultural Knowledge: A solid understanding of plant care and the ability to recognize various plant species.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and staying active throughout the day.
• Handy with Tools: Experience using tools like pruners, saws, and sprayers.
• Safety Focused: A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and commitment to safety.
• Great Communicator: Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
