We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) one-on-one with a young child with autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping a child reach their full potential, follow structured programs, and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors.
If you are passionate about making a positive difference in a child's life and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a toddler with autism in the home or community setting
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data and record session notes accurately
- Support the youth in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Communicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents
- Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities
- RBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills
- Must pass a background check
- Monday- Thursday 3-7pm
- Friday 9-1
- Sunday 3-7pm
