They spend the majority of their time in the backroom and must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. What you’ll do Unload trucks Move inventory in the backroom Help customers while stocking shelves Ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list Maintain neat aisles and keep the area clean The role is physically demanding and may involve seasonal variations such as filling the freezer during summer. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
