Job Description - District Recruiting Support Specialist - Part Time (260000CG) Primary Location UNITED STATES-NJ-Woodbridge Organization Equitable Schedule Part-time About the Role At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well‑being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives – a mission we’ve honed since 1859. We are looking for a dynamic District Recruiting Support Specialist – Part Time (20 Hours a Week) to join our team in our Woodbridge, NJ office. What You'll Be Doing Support up to 12 managers in candidate sourcing and pipeline management. Develop, post and respond to recruiting postings on multiple platforms. Analyze results of sourcing methods and tools. Assist with college/university career fair scheduling and follow‑up. Other projects as specified. Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $30,000–$31,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses and short‑term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility. Qualifications 1+ year of equivalent work experience preferred. Strong organizational skills. Proven interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Skills Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Internal Controls: Knowledge of concepts, methods and processes of internal control; ability to create, implement, evaluate and enhance processes in internal controls. Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization’s vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self‑management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
