Mammography Technologist Travel Assignment

Join as an experienced mammography technologist for a travel assignment in Joliet, IL. In this role you will perform specialized breast imaging examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease for a hospital-based radiology department. The position supports diagnostic mammography procedures and requires adherence to regulatory and facility imaging standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography (ARRT-M) certification or equivalent state credentialing.
• Credentialed/licensed by IEMA as required for Illinois employment.
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience in a clinical setting.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience performing diagnostic mammography procedures and operating mammography equipment.
• Ability to work in a hospital radiology environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital mammography systems and related PACS workflow. (Preferred)
• Prior experience in a trauma or high-volume hospital radiology department. (Preferred)

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:30–16:00.
• Work schedule: Days.
• No on-call requirement.
• Traveler assignment; candidate must be available to work at the assigned hospital and float within the hospital as needed.
