Production Machine Operator

Main Responsibilities Set up and adjust machines for each production run, ensuring proper settings for cycle times. Select from pre-set programs to operate machines. Operate machines to produce components according to established specifications and quality standards. Assemble products to the work instructions provided via ISO 9001 certification. Conduct regular quality checks on produced components to ensure they meet specified criteria; identify and address any defects or issues promptly. Optimize machine output by loading the next product prior to mold cycle completion. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment; report any safety concerns or incidents immediately. Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process. Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control staff, to ensure seamless production processes and troubleshooting. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities 3-5 years prior experience as a machinist required on CNC mills and lathes. Technical knowledge of machines and related equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ability to install tools into machine and make tooling insert changes, as needed. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Location This in-person position will work out of the Victor, NY facility.
