Position Details Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Start Date: ASAP / Immediate openings available Location: Pell City, AL Responsibilities Assemble, fit, and weld metal components using proper welding and fabrication equipment Read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and measurements accurately Operate welding machinery safely and efficiently Maintain quality standards and ensure precision workmanship Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production teams to meet deadlines and production goals Qualifications Previous welding, pipe fitting, or fabrication experience required Ability to read blueprints and use welding/fabrication tools safely Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset AWS Welding Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months) High School Diploma or GED required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Long-term career growth opportunities Stable weekday schedule with weekends off Supportive team environment Interview Today.
