- Support the development, evaluation, and optimization of pet food formulations
- Conduct nutritional analysis of ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, consistency, and performance
- Research emerging ingredients, nutritional trends, and industry innovations within the pet food sector
- Assist with formulation adjustments, product trials, and validation activities
- Ensure products meet nutritional requirements, quality expectations, and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare and maintain formulation records, technical documentation, specifications, and reports
- Analyze formulation data and provide recommendations for product improvements and cost optimization
- Participate in plant trials, product evaluations, and occasional field visits as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to nutrition, quality, and manufacturing processes
- Master's Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of animal nutrition principles and feed formulation concepts
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Internship, research, or industry experience within animal nutrition, feed, food manufacturing, or pet food is a plus
