CDL-A Regional Driver Career Path for Recent Grads (W-2) Job Type: Driving Location: Regional Operations (East of I-35) We dont just offer a job; we offer a clear path to becoming a professional solo driver. We are currently selecting Class A CDL holders (including recent graduates) for our Regional Dry Van fleet. THE ROADMAP: What to Expect Phase 1: Paid Mentorship (Weeks 1-4) Get comfortable with the equipment and regional routes alongside a professional mentor. Pay: $650 per week (fixed salary). Focus: Safety, ELD training, and regional navigation. Phase 2: Transition to Solo (Week 5+) Graduate to your own assigned 2022+ Freightliner Cascadia. No slip‑seating. Pay: $0.55 CPM Base Rate. Bonuses: Monthly performance incentives ($0.04 $0.06 CPM).
OPERATIONS & LIFESTYLE
Consistent Home Time: 12 days out, 2 full days home. The Fleet: Modern automatics equipped with the latest safety technology. Full Support: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and 401(k) starts after just 30 days.QUALIFICATION CHECKLIST
License: Valid Class A CDL. Schooling: Minimum 120‑hour certificate from an accredited CDL school (last 12 months). Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
