Server Assistant Full‑time Responsibilities The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Server in serving the guest and maintaining and serving buffet items. Previous food and beverage experience is NOT required. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds) Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Food Handlers Certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
