Operations Coordinator

Our client is rapidly expanding and adding to their team in Winder, GA!

Join their operational support team to help keep their fleet running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will manage daily route data, monitor container inventory, and support dispatchers and drivers to deliver exceptional service while maintaining high safety standards. This is a long term temporary opportunity for at least 4 months located in Winder, GA. The role will be working Monday-Friday, 10-6pm, and it is 100% on site. Apply today!

Responsibilities

• Operations & Route Logistics: Input daily route data, process route sheets for billing accuracy, and manage operational records, including vehicle maintenance and accounting entries.

• Inventory & Asset Tracking: Review container supply and demand reports, update inventory logs, and collect on-site container data as needed.

• Team & Dispatch Support: Assist dispatchers with driver and customer inquiries, support the driver debrief process, and collaborate with customer service and accounting teams.

• Performance Reporting: Help generate monthly productivity metrics and maintain accurate records to track team performance.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols, actively participate in reaching team safety goals, and immediately report any safety or service issues to management.

• Flexible Support: Handle additional job-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
