Overview Job Title: Agile Business Analyst Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Contract SherlockTalent is actively looking for an Agile Business Analyst that will be responsible for writing User Stories, gaining and applying expert knowledge to our customer’s products in the development and implementation of IT projects. Responsibilities Hands on in writing User Stories, estimation, leading Scrum ceremonies. Coordinating and facilitating end user testing with project resources Reviewing and validating user stories and requirements Developing detailed specifications Experience creating business process flows, SOP, SLA’s Must be able to draft business process, procedures and SOP’s Day to Day interactions with PM and product owners Qualifications 4-year degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience 3+ experience working in an Agile environment 5+ years of Business analysis experience Must be able to demonstrate strong technical User Story writing skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences SherlockTalent loves to share a $500 referral bonus!
