Manager Digital Donor Experience EU (m/f/x)Location: Remote in Germany CSL Plasma is seeking a Manager Digital Donor Experience EU (m/f/x) to lead the development and optimization of the end-to-end digital plasma donor journey across Europe, with a primary focus on Germany and Hungary.This strategic role combines Digital Paid Media, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, Website and App Experience, Marketing Automation, and Analytics. You will be responsible for creating a seamless, data-driven donor experience, ensuring every digital touchpoint contributes to donor acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation of plasma donors. Working closely with Marketing, I&T, Analytics, Operations, and agency partners, you will play a key role in CSL Plasma's digital transformation journey.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an integrated omnichannel strategy across Paid Media, Website, App, CRM, and plasma donor communications.Drive digital donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives across Europe.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and programmatic channels.Enhance website and app experiences to improve user engagement and conversion rates.Build and optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.Define and manage KPIs including conversion, engagement, retention, and acquisition metrics.Collaborate with Analytics and Data teams to strengthen tracking, attribution, and segmentation capabilities.Lead testing and optimization initiatives including A/B and multivariate testing.Partner with I&T teams to define, prioritize, and implement digital platform enhancements.Manage external agencies and collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Europe.Your Qualification Profile:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, or related functions.Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Paid Media.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing programs.Demonstrated success in website optimization, conversion optimization, and customer journey management.Experience with marketing automation and data-driven marketing strategies.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.Knowledge of Drupal, CRM implementation, or digital platform management is an advantage.Excellent German and English communication skills.What we offer:A newly created, high-impact position within the European Marketing organization.The opportunity to shape the future digital donor experience across multiple countries.Ownership of strategic initiatives including website transformation, CRM implementation, and marketing automation.Flexible remote working model.Collaboration with international teams across Europe and globally.Significant autonomy, visibility, and growth opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.At CSL Plasma, your work directly contributes to improving and saving lives.
