Sylvan is looking for fun, dedicated, and inspiring teachers to help our students achieve academic excellence. Sylvan is looking for part-time teachers in Reading, Math, Study Skills, and ACT/SAT! There is no lesson planning, grading or conferencing! You get to do what you love and teach! As a part-time Sylvan Teacher, you will be trained on the Sylvan curriculum and given the tools to teach in a small group, 3:1 setting. You will provide personalized instruction in the subjects you are qualified and wish to teach. Evening hours and some Saturday mornings are available. If you aspire to inspire, then we want you on our team!
Main Requirements/Responsibilities of a Sylvan Teacher:
