Lead Patient Access RepresentativeThe Lead Patient Access Representative is responsible for coordinating the Patient Access functions with the patient, medical staff, Patient Accounting Department, Nursing, and Ancillary Departments. They assist with staffing and the scheduling of the department and work queues to ensure the smooth delivery of services and departmental efficiency.With 11 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest.
